It’s raw and few stars. Going through the meadow to the building. Near by is the road. We watch out and when a car shows up, we lay down and wait for it to disappear.
We will place patrols at the building, go through it and find a way to get inside. When we leave, we have one big and ten small white fur babies in the carrier.
Watching Lucas, Peter, our anonymous colleague Mr. X and our anonymous colleague Mrs. Y say goodbye to the bunnies before we part. It’s a moment that I like very much. Watch after rescue the few people pet and pet the animals they rescued from animal production crap.
We are going home alone with Peta. We are fine. The new home we know and we know that rabbits will be pets there and butts and hearts and so on.
I know a lot of people will say it’s only eleven bunnies and how many are left in that. I see it and it hurts but still.. That’s all for the eleven. This is their life. Mom will no longer give birth to greasy products on the treadmill in a wire cage and the ten little ones will not end up on the slaughterhouses.
Thank you to everyone who supports us. Good word, sharing our stories and whatever else.
