This event hopes to highlight post-left, nihilist, individualist
(anti-capitalist), anti-civ earth and non-human animal liberation
anarchist ideas and projects. Most anarchist bookfairs are
leftist-dominating and often hostile to individualist anarchist theory.
So we decided to do something a little different this summer.
And also:
For everyone wondering, the name was chosen for two simple reasons.
One is the reclaiming of “Green Scare” from the state, and two, to
weaponize “Green Scare” as the informal network of eco-defenders,
nihilist anarchists and all other enemies of society beyond the confines
of the leftist critique of capitalism and the state. For some of us the
leftist critique is too narrow and we acknowledge that the social war of control and domination is much deeper at the root of civilization itself.
With annoying theory out of the way, we at the Blasphemy Collective
(space where the event will take place) are pleased and exciting to have
many of you on board for this event!

NEXT STEP: BANDS AND WORKSHOPS
We are still waiting to hear from bands. If you or others knows bands
who would like to play this event, let us know! We are looking for 4
bands to play each day. All genres welcome.
Also, we have a couple workshops/speakers lined up.
So far we have:
– A speech by Anarcho Mofo Books
– “Establishing Permanently Ungoveranable Zones” by Zhachev
– “Setting Fire to Identity Politics and the Crystal Castles of
Anarcho-Leftism by Flower Bomb
ALSO A REMINDER:
There will be vegan food for sale.
This will be a sober, all ages space, but there will be a backyard for
outside smoking if needed. Alcohol/drug consumption strongly
discouraged. We honestly don’t want to give the police an excuse to fuck
with us at this event.
THERE WILL BE NO TABLING FEES. The event will be free to all. Donations
to the venue are welcomed.
