Amber was charged with burglary following the rescue of two ducks during an investigation at the Hudson Valley Foie Gras farm in Ferndale, New York. She pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of criminal trespass and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. Amber began her sentence on June 30.
