Los Angeles, CA: In an anonymous communique received by the Press Office, the Animal Liberation Front (ALF) claims to have delivered fake bomb s to a Century City high-rise building last month, causing the LAPD bomb squad to evacuate the building. In the communique, the ALF claims the action was committed because Abraham Wagner, the husband of notorious UCLA non-human primate vivisector Edythe London, is a tenant in the building. London is well-known for addicting primates to nicotine, amphetamines, and other drugs before killing them in her laboratory; she was exposed for accepting funds from the Phillip Morris tobacco company in 2007 used in primate addiction studies.
According to the Los Angeles Times, “Police evacuated several floors of a Century City high rise on Avenue of the Stars this afternoon [April 23] after a suspicious package was found in one of the building’s restrooms, authorities said.” And according to the Daily News, “As police searched the 20-story building, they found a ‘suspicious item’ in a restroom on the 15th floor, Los Angeles police spokesman Officer Jason Lee said. Lt. Howard Leslie of the LAPD’s West Los Angeles Station said the item was made to look like a bomb but posed no threat.”
The communique reads in part:
The Animal Liberation Front delivered fake bombs on Thursday, April 23rd 2009, at 1901 Avenue of the Stars, in Century City, California; one in the men’s lavatory on the 15th floor and two others in well hidden places in the building. Then we phoned the security desk of the building at 310 553-5500, the property management company Douglas Emmett at 310 255-7777 and the main number of the law offices of Jim and Eric Lund at 310 286-7485.
Abraham Wagner subleases office space in suite #1555 from Jim and Eric Lund. Wagner is also married to primate vivisector Edythe London, who addicts primates to crystal methamphetamines and nicotine. Next time, Abe, the bombs won’t be fake and will be placed strategically when and where you least expect them. Our suggestion to Eric and Jim Lund is to expel Wagner from your office. Do you really want to sublease space to a man who is married to a murdering scumbag such as Edythe London?

Press Officer Dr. Jerry Vlasak, a medical doctor and former vivisector, is not surprised at the persistent acts of sabotage. “As UCLA collaborates with their pawns in law enforcement to arrest and jail peaceful demonstrators, more militant activisits naturally step in to continue the fight against animal torture and abuse. The refusal by UCLA administration to dialogue with mainstream activists and their own students on the scientific fraud of vivisection naturally enough results in additional consequences at the hands of less patient activists.” Two Los Angeles activists were arrested two weeks ago and charged with felonies for legally protesting in the neighborhoods of UCLA primate vivisectors; they remain jailed with more than $300,000 bail each.
Vivisection, or experimentation on animals, is not only an evil that is perpetrated on millions of innocent animals, but is also scientifically fraudulent. While 20,000 children worldwide die every month from lack of access to clean water, vivisectors in University of California laboratories are wasting money addicting primates to crystal methamphetamines, gluing coils to the globes of their eyes and doing other inhumane and painful experiments on other species of animals, including cats, dogs, pigs, mice and birds.
