You&#8217;re touching the dogs! You&#8217;re hitting them! I&#8217;m just protecting my dogs!&#8217;<\/p>\n<p id=\"ext-gen65\" class=\"mol-para-with-font\"><a href=\"https:\/\/animalliberationpressoffice.org\/NAALPO\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/staghunt2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-8672\" src=\"https:\/\/animalliberationpressoffice.org\/NAALPO\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/staghunt2-297x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"297\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/animalliberationpressoffice.org\/NAALPO\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/staghunt2-297x300.jpg 297w, https:\/\/animalliberationpressoffice.org\/NAALPO\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/staghunt2.jpg 634w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 297px) 100vw, 297px\" \/><\/a>One of the activists replies: &#8216;We are not hitting the dogs. We are here for the animals.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">The clip then shows protesters standing over the stag, with the animal having apparently died of exhaustion.\u00a0&#8216;It&#8217;s dead. It&#8217;s dead,&#8217; one of them says.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">The footage, posted online by French comedian and animal activist Remi Gaillard, starts with someone shouting: &#8216;There&#8217;s the deer! There it is!&#8217;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Dogs can be heard barking in the background as the activists run to try to catch up with the stag shouting\u00a0&#8216;No! No! No!&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">After catching up with it one of the protesters says: &#8216;OK, mate, OK, get out of here.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Many have taken to social media to share their opinion of the video after\u00a0Gaillard shared it on Twitter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">One said: &#8216;I do not like Remy Gailard&#8217;s sense of humour, but in this, I support him 100 percent.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Another added: &#8216;These f*****g aristocrats are really p*****g us off with their hunting from a bygone era.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">A third said: &#8216;Hunters in France represent two per cent of the population.
