In the early morning hours of November 5, within the framework of the Week of Action Against Speciesism, we decided to get involved with some graffiti at the Biological Testing Laboratory (LEBI) of the University of Costa Rica (UCR), the largest research and experimentation laboratory in the country, responsible for promoting animal experimentation in Central America and the Caribbean. They will soon build a new building financed by the World Bank.<\/p>\n

We invite everyone to organize themselves and carry out direct actions to prevent the construction of the new \"\"<\/a>building that will allow thousands more animals to be enslaved, tortured and killed for the supposed progress and ‘good’ of science. Speciesist industry at the service of capitalism and protected by the State, financed with our taxes.<\/p>\n

\nEn la madrugada del 05 de noviembre, en el marco de la Semana de Acci\u00f3n Antiespecista decidimos intervenir con unas pintadas el Labortario de Ensayos Biol\u00f3gicos (Lebi) de la Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR), el bioterio y laboratorio de experimentaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s grande del pa\u00eds, encargado de promover la experimentaci\u00f3n \"\"<\/a>animal en la regi\u00f3n centroamericana y del caribe. Recordando que pronto construiran su nuevo edificio financiado por el Banco Mundial.<\/p>\n

Invitamos a todas las personas a organizarse y realizar acciones directas para evitar la constucci\u00f3n del nuevo edificio que permitir\u00e1 se esclavicen, torturen y asesinen miles de animales m\u00e1s por el supuesto progreso y ‘bien’ de la ciencia.
