RESCUE OF 53 ANIMALS FROM ONE OF THE LARGEST BIRD FARMS IN SPAIN<\/p>\n

In the early morning hours of February 26, sympathizers of the Antispeciesist Abolitionist Collective carried out a rescue of 53 hens from inside one of the largest bird farms in the country.<\/p>\n

On this occasion, the rescue was at an industrial farm, however, we oppose any type of exploitation (ecological, industrial, small scale, etc) since, regardless of the treatment they receive on one farm or another (artificial light for constant laying of eggs, overcrowding, beak cutting, size of the cage or pen, etc.) it is always unfair to use someone against their will to make a profit, in this case economic.<\/p>\n

The 53 rescued ones are enjoying their new life in freedom, where they have learned to walk, and to take baths in the sand and sun. In short, to make their own decisions and to live.<\/p>\n

The consumption of eggs caused these birds to spend their whole lives locked in cages, treated as mere production machines, having been genetically selected for a massive laying of eggs (it is worth mentioning that a hen in its natural state would lay some twenty eggs a year; on these farms they lay more than three hundred a year), resultting in physical wear and tear that leads to death in less than two years, when this type of bird can live for more than fifteen.<\/p>\n

The animals, the slaves of SXXI, suffer the greatest discrimination that exists today, which is speciesism.<\/p>\n

We are all interested in living our lives, regardless of the species to which we belong. If you agree with this, inform yourself and consider becoming vegan.<\/p>\n

\nRESCATE DE 53 ANIMALES DE UNA DE LAS MAYORES GRANJAS AV\u00cdCOLAS DE ESPA\u00d1A<\/p>\n

La madrugada del pasado 26 de Febrero, simpatizantes del Colectivo Abolicionista Antiespecista, llevaron a cabo un rescate de 53 gallinas, del interior de una de las explotaciones m\u00e1s grandes del sector av\u00edcola del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

En esta ocasi\u00f3n el rescate ha sido en una granja de tipo industrial, no obstante, nos oponemos a cualquier tipo de explotaci\u00f3n (ecol\u00f3gica, industrial, a peque\u00f1a escala etc) puesto que, independientemente del trato que reciban en una granja u otra (intervalos de luz artificial para la constante puesta de huevos, hacinamiento, corte de pico, tama\u00f1o de jaula o corral, etc) siempre es injusto utilizar a alguien en contra de su voluntad para sacar un beneficio, en este caso econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n

Las 53 rescatadas disfrutan de su nueva vida en libertad, donde han aprendido a andar, y a darse ba\u00f1os de arena y sol. En definitiva, a tomar sus propias decisiones y vivir.<\/p>\n

El consumo de huevos provoca que estas aves pasen toda su vida encerradas en jaulas, tratadas como meras m\u00e1quinas de producci\u00f3n, habiendo sido seleccionadas gen\u00e9ticamente para una puesta masiva de huevos (cabe mencionar que una gallina en estado natural pondr\u00eda unos veinte huevos al a\u00f1o y en las explotaciones alcanzan la cantidad de m\u00e1s de trescientos al a\u00f1o), gener\u00e1ndolas un desgaste f\u00edsico que las lleva a la muerte en menos de dos a\u00f1os, cuando este tipo de aves puede vivir incluso m\u00e1s de quince.<\/p>\n

Los animales, los esclavos del sXXI , padecen la mayor discriminaci\u00f3n existente a d\u00eda de hoy, que es el especismo.<\/p>\n

Todxs tenemos inter\u00e9s en vivir nuestras vidas, independientemente de la especie a la que pertenezcamos. Si est\u00e1s de acuerdo con esto, inf\u00f3rmate y considera hacerte veganx.<\/p>\n
