On December 24 in the province of Perugia we wanted to celebrate Christmas
\nin a different way, as we all should do, we wanted to restore freedom and
\ndignity to two poor innocent creatures.<\/p>\n

Tired of keeping them, or for some reason, the Master had them locked up
\nin cages completely forgetting them, after several complaints, finally
\nwhom it may concern had gone to the place, but for them it was okay,
\nnothing strange.<\/p>\n

Two dogs kept in cages literally swimming in shit, without water or
\nfood, frightened, starving and freezing, but it was all ok.<\/p>\n

The boss, a former policeman (certainly on the advice of someone) had made
\nthem disappear, but investigating, people have managed to find out
\nwhere he had arranged them in the house of acquaintances not far from his
\nhome, where, by going to the place to check we found ourselves in front of
\na 2×1 cage with 5 cm of shit on the floor, frozen water and food when it
\nhappened, without good shelter, fully exposed to the cold of the winter night,
\nonly the remains of a miserable kennel where they unsuccessfully
\nentered both trying to get warm, one of them had severe bursitis and both
\nhad their eyes blushed from the night cold and conjunctivitis …<\/p>\n

We happened on the premises at night and while they were celebrating,
\nlaughing, eating and rejoicing in the heat in their home, we arrived and we
\nforced open the cage to pick them up and take them away, at first they were
\ndoubtful whether to trust or not, but once they put their nose out of that cage
\nit was them who dragged us away from that place.<\/p>\n

Now both are far away and have a home, a family, a sofa to stay, a bed to
\nsleep in, a garden to play in and those who fill them with love.<\/p>\n

In a society where to treat animals like this is accepted as normal, you can not
\nexpect that the institutions will get involved, or help, we invite
\nanyone who knows of similar situations to act first.<\/p>\n

\nIl 24 Dicembre nella provincia di Perugia abbiamo voluto celebrare il
\nnatale in una maniera diversa, come tutti dovrebbero fare, abbiamo voluto
\nrestituire la libert\u00e0 e la dignit\u00e0 a due povere creature innocenti.<\/p>\n

Stanco di tenerli, o chiss\u00e0 perch\u00e9, il padrone li aveva rinchiusi in
\ngabbia scordandosi completamente di loro, dopo varie denunce, finalmente
\nchi di competenza era andato sul luogo, ma, per loro era tutto ok, niente
\ndi strano.<\/p>\n

Due cani tenuti in gabbia letteralmente nuotando nella merda, senza acqua
\nne cibo, impauriti, denutriti ed infreddoliti, ma era tutto ok.<\/p>\n

Il padrone un ex carabiniere (sicuramente dietro consiglio di qualcuno) li
\naveva fatti sparire, ma indagando, delle persone sono riuscite a scoprire
\ndove li aveva sistemati, in casa di conoscenti non lontano da casa sua,
\ndove, andando sul posto per controllare ci siamo trovati davanti a una
\ngabbia di 2×1 con 5 centimetri di merda sul pavimento, acqua congelata e
\ncibo quando capitava, senza un buon riparo completamente esposti al freddo
\ndella notte invernale, solo quello che rimaneva di una misera cuccia dove
\ninvano entravano entrambi cercando di scaldarsi, uno dei due presentava
\nuna borsite grave ed entrambi avevano gli occhi arrossiti dal gelo
\nnotturno e congiuntivite…<\/p>\n

Siamo capitati sul posto di notte e mentre loro festeggiavano, ridevano,
\nmangiavano e gioivano al caldo nella loro casa, noi siamo arrivati e
\nabbiamo forzato e aperto la gabbia per prenderli e portarli via, in un
\nprimo momento erano dubbiosi se fidarsi o no, ma una volta messo il musino
\nfuori da quella gabbia sono stati loro a trascinare noi lontano da quel
\nposto.<\/p>\n

Ora entrambi si trovano lontano e hanno una casa, una famiglia, un divano
\ndove stare, un letto dove dormire, un giardino dove giocare e chi li
\nriempa di amore.<\/p>\n

In una societ\u00e0 dove trattare cosi gli animali \u00e8 accettato come normale,
\nnon si pu\u00f2 aspettare che le istituzioni intervengano o nel loro aiuto,
\ninvitiamo chiunque sappia di situazioni simili ad agire in prima persona.<\/p>\n
