She signed a plea agreement on December 27th in which she plead guilty to Conspiracy to Violate the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act and is scheduled to be sentenced on Tuesday, January 17 in San Diego.<\/p>\n<p>This has been a long, difficult road for Nicole. We are asking those who are able, to please come and show your support at her sentencing. We will be posting the details of that sentencing appearance very soon.
