He is currently being held in the Cook County Jail on a $250,000 bond. And although me being locked up is nothing compared to what the animals go through, we must continue to fight even harder than ever. The enemy is real.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He was charged with Aggravated Arson\u00a0720 ILCS 5 20-1.1(a)(1) [11300], a Class X felony which carries a mandatory minimum of 6 \u2013 30 years in the Department of Corrections.\u00a0The Class X felony is, short of first degree murder, the most serious felony offense on the books in Illinois.<\/p>\n<p>Please continue to write Brian as he is looking at a lengthy legal battle which will be fought from jail.
