Santa Cruz Grand Jury<\/strong><\/p>\n

Priyesh Patel was served on January 3rd 2013, and is scheduled to appear on January 29, 2013\u00a0at the San Francisco federal courthouse. Brittany Kenville and Jos\u00e9 Palafox were also subpoenaed to appear in front of the same Grand Jury allegedly investigating an action which happened in Santa Cruz of August 2008.
