Todays action involved some sabotage of a resting death truck trailer. Sitting in plain sight, unattended, how could we not?<\/p>\n

The recipe for this economic sabotage involved:<\/p>\n

The classic, trusted red spray paint
\nCutting of all wires and hoses
\nDamage to connection ports and lights
\nDrilling holes in 20 tyres
\nSabotage of dog muzzles<\/p>\n

This trailer will not be transporting any animals to their deaths any time soon.
\nFor any comrades inspired by this action, a \u201cstep-up\u201d drill bit comes with our stamp of approval \ud83d\ude09
\nFuck speciesism and the animal industrial complex!
\nUntil every slaughterhouse is burned to the ground, every death truck is sabotaged and every cage is empty.<\/p>\n

We acknowledge that this action was taken on land never ceded. We acknowledge the First Nations peoples of this land, and stand in solidarity with their continuing struggle and fight against dispossession and oppression. Always was and always fucking will be First Nations land!<\/p>\n

March 12 News Report<\/p>\n

The Livestock, Bulk and Rural Carriers Association (LBRCA) of NSW is warning all livestock carriers to be vigilant after alleged acts of animal activism targeting carriers across southern NSW.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe are aware of two possible cases in the past few days including in Goulburn and on the Olympic Highway near Wagga Wagga,\u201d the association posted on its\u00a0Facebook page<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The LBRCA also shared a series of pictures showing the damage to the livestock trailers parked on the Olympic Highway.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe damage was extensive and included derogatory comments spraypainted along the length of the vehicle and large holes ripped through 15 tyres.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\u201cThere was also significant damage to cabling, a repair cost of around $10,000, not to mention the loss of income while repairs are carried out.\u201d<\/p>\n

LBRCA said an emblem resembling the same one used by the Animal Liberation Front (ALF) was spraypainted on the back trailer, suggesting that the damage was carried out by this group.<\/p>\n

\u201cShould this group be behind the wave in these acts of vandalism, we need to be vigilant.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Animal Liberation Front is reportedly an international, underground \u201cleaderless resistance\u201d that engages in illegal direct action in pursuit of animal liberation.<\/p>\n

The Australian faction has a\u00a0Facebook group<\/a>\u00a0with 5500 followers were it also spruiks t-shirts sporting the logo that \u201cgives businesses a fright\u201d.<\/p>\n
